Relocating to Pagosa Springs

Cell Service: Many areas outside of downtown do not have cell phone service. As the community grows, more cell towers will be installed to increase phone range.

Put Hill: A section of Hwy 160 (the Main Street through town). It starts at about 8th Street (by the grade school) and ends around Piedra Road (past Sonic and Ponderosa Do-It-Best).

Phone Numbers: Numbers are divided into two prefixes; 264 and 731. On Put Hill, from the area around Big O Tires at Pike Drive and into downtown and beyond, all numbers begin with 264. Numbers up the hill from Pike Drive and Big O all begin with 731.

Area cell phone numbers begin in either 903 or 946 for Pagosa Springs. Durango numbers may include 903, 946, 749 and 759.
